What You'll Do As an experienced software developer, you will work with product managers, UX specialists, and operational stakeholders to build functionality for our youth sports club management platform. You’ll write code, contribute to feature requirements, and help shape product modules.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with product managers and other developers.
Architect the database and code structure for scalability and high performance.
Develop code adhering to specifications, user stories, and tickets for web and mobile.
Interface with 3rd‑party vendors to develop integrations.
Leverage AI to gain efficiencies in code creation and unit testing.
Test, troubleshoot, debug, and maintain new product features.
Monitor platform traffic and adjust performance as needed.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Angular, SQL.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Strong problem‑solving, communication, interpersonal skills.
Ability to defend design decisions and receive feedback without ego.
Strong attention to detail and accountability.
