Overview We are looking for a System Design Engineer in the Graphics Product Team to work with HW/SW engineers developing GPU/Tegra based products for GPU cards, MGX servers, automotive, robotics, industrial PC, and consumer electronics.
Responsibilities
Build system hardware products around GPU & Tegra SoC.
Collaborate with cross‑function teams to balance product cost, performance, and schedule under guidance of system and product architects.
Drive initial test and bringup, lead the debug efforts.
Create schematics, supervise PCB layout and system validation.
Handle documentation required to release the product to manufacturers and partners.
Optimize and invent circuits and functions for better performance and lower cost.
Improve the design flow together with the infrastructure team.
Qualifications
B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
6+ years of proven experience in system design.
Strong analytical skills including past experience in PCB design and review.
Experience working with lab tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
Strong knowledge of Linux and comfortable working in various Linux environments as well as with Windows OS.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and pay of similar positions. The base salary range is $160,000 - $253,000 for Level 4, and $192,000 - $304,750 for Level 5. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
