Research Nurse Coordinator – GYN Mass General Brigham (MGH) invites applications for a Research Nurse Coordinator within the Gynecology (GYN) team of the Cancer Center Clinical Protocol Office (CCPO). This role supports multi-phase outpatient studies and works closely with infusion nurses, advanced practice providers, and physicians to deliver patient-centered clinical trial care.

Schedule : 4 ten‑hour shifts M‑F, 7am‑5:30pm with one remote day per week.

Location : 32 Fruit Street,

Remote Type : Onsite.

Hourly Pay Range : $41.72 – $105.65.

Grade : GHCARN055.

Responsibilities

Screen and enroll patients for clinical trials and provide patient education.

Triage phone support for patients between treatment visits and manage symptoms.

Document research nurse encounters in the medical record, including adverse events and protocol deviations.

Advocate for patients during trial participation and collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team.

Support quality improvement projects and uphold standards of care.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Clinical nursing experience 0‑1 year required; two years RN experience required. Oncology and/or Research nursing experience preferred.

Registered Nurse (RN) with state license. No experience in lieu of a degree accepted.

Knowledge of medical terminology, proficiency in patient assessment, and ability to screen and triage acute patients.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidentiality compliance.
