Schedule:

7 Days On and 7 Days Off (12‑hour shifts, max 14 hrs under Part 135)

Annual Salary Range:

$119,073.78 – $136,084.35

Incentives:

Annual scaled salary increases up to $166,703.29

15,000$ Sign‑On Bonus (after training and check‑ride)

40,000$ Retention Bonus (6‑month waiting period for a 3‑year program)

Up to 5,000$ Relocation Assistance

Responsibilities

Comply with AirMed International’s General Operating Manual.

Ensure the aircraft is ready for mission in coordination with the global operations center.

Comply with all applicable FARs and Operational Specifications.

Disseminate all pertinent flight operation information through the operational control structure.

Conduct yourself professionally, demonstrating sensitivity to the environment at all times.

Attend required meetings and may be required to attend training and check‑flights outside of normal duty shift rotations.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations or Chief Pilot.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Dallas, Texas.

Must hold, or be able to attain, CE‑560E PIC Type Rating.

Previous medevac and/or cargo experience preferred.

Hold, or be eligible to hold, an unrestricted FAA ATP certificate.

3000 airplane total time hours.

500 airplane multi‑engine land hours.

1000 PIC airplane hours.

Must hold or be able to attain a First‑Class Medical Certificate.

Must be able to maintain First‑Class privileges.

Must hold a valid US passport.

Preferred Education

Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Working Conditions

Work in outside weather conditions.

Must be able to work night, day, and overnight shifts as assigned.

May need to de‑ice the plane, assist with towing, and maneuver in and out of the hangar.

Travel required for training events or maintenance assignments.

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, balance, sit, crouch, kneel, or crawl unassisted for extended periods of time.

Must be able to transport themselves to and from work.

May assist with loading patients, lifting and/or moving up to 150 pounds cumulative with assistance.

Specific vision requirements: close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
