Overview
HealthDrive is seeking a Dentist to work full‑time (4‑5 days per week) in our Roanoke, Virginia markets. We provide a highly‑skilled Dental Assistant, an opportunity for $240K+ per year, and the flexible stability everyone dreams of for their career.
About Us HealthDrive is a leading provider of dental services to senior living communities across the nation. Our Dentists provide patient‑centered care while receiving white‑glove concierge support from a seasoned provider‑support team based in Framingham, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive examinations and regular dental care.
Provide daily patient care including examinations, restorative work, routine extractions, denture fabrications, and repairs.
Complete required patient and clinical documentation in our proprietary electronic medical record system.
Apply proper coding guidelines and populate appropriate billing codes for services provided.
Adhere to OSHA guidelines regarding patient care, disposal of materials, and sterilization of equipment.
Qualifications
Dental background with proficiency in assessment, treatment, management, and evaluation of dental care.
Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to use EMR, text, email, the internet, and to learn other healthcare‑related software.
Self‑starter attitude with the desire to deliver quality, thoughtful, and attentive care.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, and lift.
Ability to transport mobile dental equipment (maximum of 15 lbs.).
Occasional requirement to transport patients in wheelchairs.
Education & Licensure
D.D.S. or D.M.D.
Current state professional license.
Valid driver’s license.
Travel This is a mobile position. Daily travel is based on patient care requirements for the specified service area. A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive significant distances on occasion are required.
