ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP IT, Enterprise Applications, who is a strategic technology leader responsible for the vision, strategy, delivery, and optimization of the organization’s enterprise application ecosystem, with a primary focus on Salesforce, SAP, and Workday. This role partners with leaders across Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver scalable systems and business transformation. This role ensures that technology solutions enable accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and alignment with corporate risk management objectives. The position requires a blend of IT leadership, financial & supply chain systems expertise, governance knowledge, and cross‑functional collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and own the global Business Applications Strategy & Roadmap.

Drive long-term architecture decisions across Salesforce, SAP, and Workday.

Evaluate emerging technologies and automation opportunities.

Lead end‑to‑end ownership of enterprise applications.

Oversee configuration, development, and continuous improvement.

Manage system implementations, releases, and upgrades.

Collaborate with executive leadership to translate strategy into requirements.

Serve as primary technology partner to Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Facilitate steering committees for prioritization and alignment.

Lead global teams across architecture, development, and administration.

Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and implementation partners.

Ensure robust data governance and reporting structures.

Oversee secure access, roles, and compliance in coordination with Audit and Security.

Lead integration roadmaps.

Establish KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards.

Oversee incident management and root cause analysis.

Drive process standardization and automation.

QUALIFICATIONS

18+ years of IT leadership, including 5+ years Director/VP experience

Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred

Proven leadership of Salesforce, SAP, and Workday ecosystems

Strong experience in ERP, CRM, and HCM transformation

Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management

Ability to influence across the organization

Proven track record in SOX compliance, IT audits, and financial systems governance

We have an in‑office work policy. 4 days a week in‑office is needed for this role. We will provide relocation support to the Houston, TX area if candidates do not presently reside within commuting distance.
