Responsibilities
Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction progress, quality control, and a clean site.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments, including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, and inspections.
Maintain an updated and accurate project schedule that reflects the changes in project status and meets the cost and time requirements of the project.
Demonstrate and maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations, and any deviation in the direction of the project.
Always promote positive relationships by dealing expertly and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors while instilling this philosophy in the project team.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent with a reputable General Contractor or Construction Manager in both a union and non-union environment.
Experience in managing, training, and developing people.
Ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality and retail projects.
Project location is in the upper midwest.
Strong communication skills and a desire to grow with a growing organization.

Salary Range Information
Wisconsin Base Salary Range: $115,000 - $185,000. The range stated is specific to Wisconsin. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles), and internal company equity.
