Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, or business strategy, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications
MBA.
Experience with SA360 or search advertising or sales or product strategy in traditional or digital advertising.
Demonstrated customer‑focused mindset and expertise in translating product offerings into sales‑facing value propositions in line with customer business and marketing objectives.
Strong operational excellence with the ability to prioritize initiatives, drive progress across multiple workstreams, thrive and exercise judgment in a fluid environment.
Excellent problem‑solving, strategic/investigative capabilities, and track record of building trusted executive relationships with exceptional communication skills to present complex concepts to various audiences.
About the job The Product Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Team is tasked with accelerating and defending LCS business growth across the region via the development and adoption of products, tools and program best practices. In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating business growth, enabling critical product adoption and future‑proofing the AMER business. You will deliver on the core product go‑to‑market remit which includes designing and deploying regional activation programs, providing thought leadership on product activation and execution, and nurturing and advancing third‑party (3P) ecosystems, agencies and industry groups.
Compensation The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $147,000–$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Responsibilities
Lead strategic projects at the Americas scale that shape the future operating model and support long‑term business priorities.
Define, align upon and execute against priority regional product OKRs and activation priorities, metrics, and strategies; build governance systems to diagnose, discuss and progress against key business goals.
Work with internal stakeholders cross‑functionally to deliver solutions that meet our business objectives; influence Global stakeholders to build solutions for regional needs.
Conduct in‑depth analysis of product and business data to identify trends, insights and intelligence to support decision‑making and activation.
Oversee multiple opportunities simultaneously and design organization‑wide strategic processes to ensure long‑term goals are being defined and met.
