Role Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager to join the Tuscan Brands team. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Boston, MA. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a team to achieve organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing workflows, monitoring inventory and finances, orchestrating a superior guest experience, and maintaining operational efficiency. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with upper management to align team goals with the company’s mission and values.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant management

Strong skills in operations management, staffing, and team development

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to foster a positive guest experience

Ability to manage financials, including inventory, budgets, and cost controls

Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment

Proactive problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities

Experience in Italian cuisine or a passion for the culinary arts is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred
