The Role We’re seeking a
Warehouse Manager
who is truly a
jack of all trades —someone who has managed a Warehouse under 100,000 Sq feet. Someone who understands every aspect of warehouse operations and can roll up their sleeves when needed. This role is perfect for a hands‑on leader who enjoys balancing strategy with day‑to‑day execution.
Key Responsibilities
Safety management: Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards; foster a culture of safety.
Inventory control: Oversee stock levels, cycle counts, and accuracy; minimize shrinkage and errors.
ERP software management: Utilize and maintain ERP systems to track inventory, orders, and reporting.
Team leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff; promote collaboration and accountability.
Logistics coordination: Manage inbound/outbound shipments, scheduling, and vendor relationships.
Process improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing a warehouse of 100,000 Sq feet.
Strong knowledge of
safety regulations ,
inventory management , and
ERP systems .
Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to lead by example and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
