What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Define and lead the strategy for the Next Best Action (NBA) platform to enable data‑driven personalization and intelligent engagement
Develop and manage product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to guide engineering efforts
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the NBA engine supports business objectives and meets regulatory requirements
Oversee the development of experimentation frameworks and success metrics for product validation
Communicate complex technical concepts to senior executives in a clear, results‑oriented manner
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in product management or technical program management, including at least 3 years as a Technical Product Manager in data, AI/ML, or personalization platforms
Demonstrated success in defining and launching complex technical products end‑to‑end
Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, and event‑driven architectures
Strong analytical skills; adept at querying, interpreting metrics, and running experiments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft product narratives and influence senior stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with NBA/NBO systems, AI decisioning, or real‑time recommendation platforms
Familiarity with healthcare data models, privacy regulations, and CMS/HIPAA compliance
Exposure to GenAI and agentic frameworks
Educational background in computer science, engineering, or related technical field (BS/MS preferred)
MBA or equivalent experience in product strategy or enterprise platform management
