About the Facility A Student Health Center is seeking a Family Medicine DNP for locum tenens coverage.
About the Facility Location The facility is located in Manhattan, New York.
About the Clinician's Workday Credentialing takes about one week. The schedule is two days per week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility on which days are worked. The provider will see 5-10 patients per day, primarily adults 17 and older, with most being older students. Required credentials include a New York license, DEA, and BLS. There is no support staff on site, so the provider must be comfortable performing vitals, labs, and blood draws in this low-volume setting. The ideal candidate is comfortable with womens health and pap smears, is Medicaid-enrolled, and, while not required, Spanish language skills are preferred due to a large Hispanic patient population.
