A respected Colorado-based law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience. Candidates will work across complex commercial disputes, labor-related claims, and securities enforcement matters. The role provides meaningful attorney development, direct involvement in active files, and access to experienced litigators handling high‑stakes legal matters in state, federal and arbitration forums.
Base pay range $120,000.00/yr – $145,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research related to commercial, labor, and enforcement issues.
Draft motions, memoranda, and responsive pleadings.
Participate in trial preparation, discovery responses, and deposition strategy.
Handle matters before state courts, federal courts, and arbitration panels.
Review and analyze deposition testimony and evidentiary materials.
Work closely with senior attorneys to execute litigation strategy.
Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant litigation experience.
J.D. degree with admission to practice in Colorado state courts.
Strong drafting, analytical, and written advocacy skills.
Exposure to employment disputes and securities defense considered advantageous.
Ability to manage competing deadlines and collaborate within a litigation team.
