About the Role:
The Principal Consultant will lead the
end-to-end configuration
and
implementation
of
Manhattan Active WMS
solutions, specializing in modules like
Labor Management
and
SCI Reporting . This role requires translating complex business needs into functional configurations, driving process improvements, and providing expert-level support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead
configuration
and
implementation
of
Manhattan Active WMS
modules (receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping,
Labor Management ).
Translate
business requirements
into functional configurations and workflows.
Customize
Radio Frequency (RF)
workflows, user roles, labeling, and
SCI Reporting
tools.
Provide
hypercare support
during go-live and post-implementation phases.
Act as the
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
for
Manhattan Active WMS .
Troubleshoot
and resolve system issues in real-time with warehouse operations.
Develop software solutions in an
Agile
environment, including requirements definition and functional specification.
Create and maintain detailed documentation (Configuration Records,
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ).
Essential Skills:
10+ years of experience with
Manhattan WMS
( Active
preferred).
Deep expertise in
WMS Configuration
and
Implementation .
Proficiency in
Labor Management
and
SCI Reporting .
Strong
Troubleshooting
and real-time support skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with cross-functional projects and new site rollouts.
Familiarity with
Agile
development methodologies.
