Principal SAP EWM Consultant
Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP EWM Consultant to be a key player in the consulting team responsible for discovering and defining problem statements, evaluating solution options, recommending solutions, managing SLA/KPI expectations, delivering design, architecture and process artifacts, implementing deployment plans, and supporting knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities
Discover and define problem statements, identify areas of improvement, evaluate solution options and make recommendations.
Manage turnaround expectations and SLA/KPIs, ensure timely delivery of team deliverables to client stakeholders.
Create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement deployment plans.
Support knowledge transfer to deliver value‑adding consulting solutions.
Front‑end deliverables with client stakeholders and manage client expectations.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will consider progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
Position based in Detroit, MI – candidates must be willing to work from office daily.
Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, architecture/design/detailing of warehouse processes.
At least 10 years of experience in SAP EWM and S/4HANA EWM package.
At least 10 years of experience in development/configuration/solutions evaluation/validation and deployment.
Design SAP EWM solution to meet client requirements.
Perform SAP EWM system configuration, testing and data conversion for implementation projects.
Work and liaise with offshore teams, conduct meetings and workshops with client.
Analyze functional requirements, perform business requirements discussions and solutioning, configure and test SAP EWM.
Create functional specifications, attend daily agile meetings, experience with decentralized SAP S/4 HANA SAP EWM.
Understand SAP implementation methodologies, handle interfaces with 3rd party systems (IDOC/ALE/Flat File).
Knowledge in SD, MM and EWM integration. Analytical and communication skills, project and talent management.
Experience with project management and management consulting environment requiring regular travel.
Location Detroit, MI – information technology professional expected to work from office daily.
