The
Director of Sales & Growth – Microsoft Practice
will lead the expansion of Microsoft Fabric and Azure-focused Cloud, Data & AI services. You will leverage deep sales expertise to cultivate and grow relationships with key decision-makers, guiding them through enterprise modernization journeys. This role requires a skilled hunter and strategist who can manage opportunities through all phases—prospecting, qualification, pursuit, and close—while applying disciplined and proven sales methodologies.

Responsibilities
Drive significant revenue growth across Microsoft Data Fabric, Azure Solutions, Cloud, Data & Analytics services portfolios.
Develop new sales funnels and pipelines while pursuing business opportunities across the United States.
Achieve or exceed quotas in revenue, client relationships, and new customer acquisition.
Microsoft & Partner Ecosystem Expertise
Leverage in-depth knowledge of Microsoft offerings; experience working within Microsoft districts or Microsoft Industry Teams (Manufacturing, CPG, BFSI) is highly preferred.
Act as a strategic quarterback, co-creating Go-To-Market strategies with Microsoft field teams and key partners such as Databricks and Snowflake.
Lead participation and execution in Microsoft GTM motions for SIs and solution providers.
Solution Evangelism & Opportunity Leadership
Champion advanced AI and cloud solutions, including Agentic AI/GenAI offerings, Microsoft Fabric Migration solutions, Document Intelligence, and consulting/implementation services.
Drive adoption of pre-built Microsoft Fabric solutions and new use cases leveraging Azure OpenAI, M365 Copilots, Power Platform, and complementary AI platforms such as Vera AI (Icertis).
Develop detailed account and opportunity plans, navigating complex enterprise organizations to engage key decision-makers at senior and mid-management levels.
Collaboration & Internal Leadership
Foster strong collaboration across pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams distributed across multiple time zones.
Champion client success by serving as the primary owner of strategic sales relationships.
Cultivate enduring client relationships built on trust and long‑term value creation.
Build and monetize a strategic “sell-to” portfolio across Microsoft Corporation and partner organizations.
Develop a strong understanding of Microsoft business functions including Strategy, Business Marketing, and Product Groups.
Qualifications
10+ years
of selling and closing deals within top consulting or IT services firms, with deep specialization in Microsoft Azure, Data, AI, cloud migration, and modernization.
Proven success leading and surpassing offshore/global services sales quotas for large or regional SIs.
Ability to diagnose client challenges and build business‑outcome‑driven solutions.
Track record of success in: Partner‑led joint sales
Executive relationship building within the Microsoft ecosystem
Strong solution and value‑based selling experience in the enterprise applications space.
Consistent overachievement of sales targets.
Experience thriving in fast‑paced, high‑growth, entrepreneurial environments.
Ability to develop and manage C‑suite relationships.
High energy, decisiveness, and ability to navigate complex, demanding client environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
Skilled in negotiation, prospecting, creative problem‑solving, sales planning, and driving independent execution.
Knowledge of CLM/ERP/Procurement solutions is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to
