Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for engineering and quality assurance teams, including directors, managers, and external partners
Establish technical roadmap based on platform and market requirements
Drive operational discipline and unified processes across teams for scalable and high-quality software delivery
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience, with at least 5 years in director-level or higher roles
Proven track record scaling technology organizations from hundreds to thousands of employees
Detailed knowledge in relevant technologies including .Net, React, Node.js, SQL Server, Azure
Strong experience managing distributed global teams and outsourced delivery partners
Hands-on experience driving organizational transformation, including M&A integration
