Job Description As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise the team on processes and methods for building, developing, or designing functionality for a product, as well as create processes and procedures for the ongoing implementation, enhancement, or maintenance of existing products.
The Impact You Will Make As a valued colleague on our team, you will lead the strategy, implementation, and lifecycle management of workplace technology platforms, including the implementation of ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) modules and Microsoft Places. You will work across Digital Workplace, HR, Network, Security, and Legal teams to ensure features are delivered effectively, dependencies are managed, and roadmaps are aligned with enterprise goals.
Responsibilities
Drive the product strategy and roadmap for ServiceNow WSD and Microsoft Places, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation and design through implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance for Workplace technology: Conference Room technology, sensors, digital employee experience platforms, business platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage technical, legal, and operational dependencies.
Lead implementation planning, including configuration, testing, rollout, and change management.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and legal standards.
Monitor adoption and performance, using data to inform continuous improvement and future roadmap decisions.
Support product communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Minimum Required Experiences
6+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in enterprise workplace or IT platforms.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow (especially WSD modules) and Microsoft ecosystem (including Places, Teams, Outlook).
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban), with exposure to development practices and tools.
Proven ability to work respectfully and cooperatively with people across different functional expertise.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing demand, releases, and backlog across multiple teams.
Desired Experiences
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience using JIRA, Aptio Target Process, or similar product management tools.
Familiarity with IT audit practices and enterprise compliance frameworks.
Skilled at breaking down complex issues and presenting insights in a clear, engaging format.
Experience managing customer interactions and support channels.
Exposure to Lean management principles and continuous improvement practices.
Tools
Skilled in Excel and other data analysis tools.
Familiarity with ServiceNow configuration and reporting.
Experience with Microsoft 365 tools and workplace analytics platforms.
