Always Compassionate Home Care is hiring a Physical Therapist Supervisor. This position is responsible for providing oversight, supervision, and field support to Physical Therapists across the assigned regions. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and quality within the home and community therapy setting. This position requires regular field travel within a 50mi radius (or 60 minute commute) from assigned cases. All mileage for in-between visits, tolls, etc. will be reimbursed.
Qualifications / Education Required
At least 1 year experience with pediatric patients
Therapist license and registration
Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association
Physical and QuantiFERON within one year
MMR Titers within 5 years
Malpractice Insurance
NPI #
Worker's Comp certification
Responsibilities
Assist patients in redeeming their skills for independent living
Implement specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patient's condition
Develop a personalized care plan appropriate for the patient's condition
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
Additional responsibilities as required
Salary $70 per hour
