Case Mix: Hematology and oncology patients across full spectrum

Hospital: 420‑bed; 21 infusion rooms; dedicated inpatient oncology floors
Trauma Level: Level 2
Office Equipment: Radiation therapy and infusion center onsite; certified oncology nurses; onsite fitness facility
Specialty Backup: Radiation Oncology, hospitalist support, radiology, pain management, neurosurgery
Support Staff: 3 board‑certified Hem/Onc physicians, certified oncology nurses, multidisciplinary cancer team
Reason for Coverage: Practice expansion

Licensed or eligible in Alabama
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
Fellowship trained in Hem/Onc
Team‑oriented, collaborative mindset; PSLF eligible
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in a hospital‑based cancer center
Participate in shared 1:4 call rotation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary cancer care team
Engage in both inpatient and outpatient care delivery
Participate in teaching and academic opportunities through affiliation with ACOM
