Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a patient-centered
Concierge Medicine Physician
to join our established concierge primary care practice in San Francisco. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide highly personalized, relationship-based care within a collaborative and mission-driven system committed to improving the health of the communities we serve.
In this role, you will manage a reduced patient panel, allowing you to deliver proactive, comprehensive care and spend meaningful time with each patient. You will work closely with a dedicated care team focused on access, service excellence, and long-term wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to an exclusive concierge patient panel
Conduct preventive health assessments, chronic disease management, and acute care visits
Build lasting patient relationships through high availability and personalized service
Coordinate care across Sutter's integrated network and advocate for patients
Participate in practice development, concierge program initiatives, and quality improvement efforts
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active California medical license or ability to obtain
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Commitment to preventive, patient-centered care
5+ years of concierge or direct primary care experience required
