Director, BI, Data Services, Reporting and Analytics

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Director, BI, Data Services, Reporting and Analytics to spearhead the development of a high-performing BI team. This role will focus on building and managing a team of data experts to design and implement

DataMarts

that integrate both structured and unstructured data sources. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering BI solutions, strong leadership capabilities, and familiarity with

AI-driven analytics .

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

Build, mentor, and lead a team of BI professionals and data engineers.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

BI Strategy & Delivery

Define and execute the BI roadmap aligned with organizational goals.

Oversee the design and implementation of scalable DataMarts and data models.

Ensure data governance, quality, and security standards are met.

Technical Expertise

Drive integration of structured and unstructured data sources into BI solutions.

Leverage advanced analytics and AI tools to enhance insights and decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable dashboards and reports.

Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into BI solutions.

Communicate complex data insights in a clear, business-friendly manner.

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 10 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.

Leadership:

Demonstrated success in building and managing BI teams.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).

Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and DataMart design.

Familiarity with AI/ML solutions and their application in BI.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related discipline.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).

Strong understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks.

Salary range: $118,100 - $328,800.
