Alarm Management Analyst – Full Time – Seattle, WA Pay:

$32.00/Hour

What Your Day May Look Like

Manage physical access control system alarms and CCTV systems.

Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.

Secure entrances / exits.

Conduct patrols inside and outside the client’s premises in various weather conditions.

Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.

Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.

Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.

Set up barriers / signage and provide direction or information to others.

Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months.

Associate degree or 2+ years of equivalent work experience in Military, Law Enforcement, Government, or Corporate Security.

Prior experience in a security operations center or similar environment a plus!

Comfortable in high‑tech work environment, and constant learning of new tools and innovations.

Strong customer service skills required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.

Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.

Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation measures.
