About The Role We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented strategic Enterprise Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in the prioritization, governance, planning, and execution of our functional strategic initiatives as determined by the Executive Management Team’s annual book of work, as well as our ERP implementation and integration initiative.

Reporting directly to the Head of PMO and Change Management, this position offers a fantastic chance for a project management professional to gain hands‑on experience in enterprise‑level systems and functional transformation projects. As a Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are prioritized appropriately, resourced effectively, and delivered on time, within scope and budget.

In collaboration with the PMO, this role will assist the Executive Vice President in reviewing the annual enterprise “Book of Work.” This includes supporting prioritization, planning, and conducting quarterly reviews of our strategic imperatives and being the assigned Project Manager for approved corporate initiative projects. Moreover, this role will play a crucial part in supporting the ERP implementation team by leading project execution activities, coordinating with Global Process Owners and managing key delivery milestones.

What You Will Do

In collaboration with the PMO, facilitate annual strategic planning and prioritization sessions to plan and structure the Enterprise and Functional Book of Work.

Support functional book of work initiatives including leading status reviews, holding leaders accountable against commitments, and measuring progress. Proactively initiate follow‑up actions when projects are stalled or behind schedule.

Assist in managing Epicor ERP implementation and integration, and digital transformation projects from initiation to closure. Organize development task timeline using Scrum to prioritize development tasks where needed.

Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines with internal teams and external vendors.

Track project deliverables, schedules, and budgets using project‑management tools.

Support risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including meeting minutes, status reports, and dashboards.

Facilitate project meetings and follow up on action items.

Ensure clear communication among stakeholders and escalated issues when needed.

Contribute to process improvements and PM best practices.

Travel up to 25‑30%.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s in Information System, Business, or a related field.

Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). PMP and/or Scrum Master certifications strongly preferred.

7‑10 years of project management experience across various functions (Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Commercial, Legal, IT etc.), managing 5 to 10 projects simultaneously.

1 year of ERP implementation and SDLC project experience. Epicor preferred but not required.

Some experience in setting up or working within a PMO.

Proficiency in project‑management tools. Jira preferred.

Experience in influence‑based roles, driving accountability through transparent reporting and structured follow‑up.

Experience leading planning sessions, prioritization workshops, or governance forums, demonstrating strong facilitation skills.
