Accenture seeks a
Blue Yonder WMS Technical Architect (Manager)
to lead architecture, design, and technical delivery of Blue Yonder WMS and ecosystem solutions across retail, CPG, and logistics.
Responsibilities
Lead solution architecture workshops, blueprinting, and end‑to‑end design sessions.
Design integrated supply chain execution solutions (WMS, labor, automation, parcel, upstream/downstream integration).
Serve as technical liaison with project managers, solution architects, product management, and executive stakeholders.
Oversee full lifecycle implementation: environment setup, configuration, performance tuning, testing, and operational readiness.
Guide integration testing, UAT, regression, and hypercare.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice growth.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years architecting, designing, or implementing Blue Yonder/JDA/RedPrairie WMS or WLM solutions.
Minimum 5 years leading medium‑to‑large‑scale WMS projects through full lifecycle.
Minimum 10 years overall corporate experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, logistics technology, or enterprise system integration.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). Associate’s degree with 6 years work experience acceptable.
Strong technical depth: configuration, MOCA, RF, APIs, SQL, integration development.
Experience integrating WMS with ERP/Host, TMS, parcel, WCS/MHE, Voice, ASRS.
Knowledge of cloud (Azure/GCP), middleware, microservices, performance tuning.
Bonus Points
Deep mastery of BY/JDA WMS configuration and integration methods.
Experience with other WMS platforms (Manhattan, SAP eWM, Oracle).
Familiarity with OMS/TMS and broader supply‑chain applications.
Appreciated: Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile, or Kanban; machine‑learning exposure.
Travel 0‑100% depending on business and client needs.
Compensation Annual salary ranges vary by location and experience. Example: California $73,800–$218,800.
