Strategic Alliances Associate, Consulting
FloQast’s Consulting Program educates accounting advisory firms on our close‑management platform and supports their advisory teams to ensure successful client engagements. The Strategic Alliances Associate supports the Consulting Alliances Manager in recruiting new partners to our Program and driving new sales revenue through partnership efforts. What You’ll Do
Identify and recruit accounting advisory and finance transformation firms to our Consulting Program Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan, including email and call scripts tailored to accounting advisory consultants Source and schedule value pitches for the Consulting Alliances Manager Support the Alliance Manager in expanding top partnerships through training and outreach to new consultants nationwide Organize targeted marketing efforts—events and webinars—to connect with new partners and generate opportunities Lead trainings with FloQast’s Sales team to educate them on our Consulting partnership efforts Coordinate with internal resources to accomplish goals, enable partners, and keep partners engaged with FloQast Track all relevant qualification and lead‑management activity using Salesforce.com Identify opportunities for new alliances to expand FloQast’s reach while maintaining a solid pipeline of potential partners Travel up to 15% What You’ll Bring
2+ years of experience in SaaS-based technologies, accounting industry, or an accounting advisory firm Builder mindset—comfortable sharing ideas, trying new approaches, focused on achieving short‑ and long‑term goals Flexible and adaptable in a high‑growth, startup environment Driven to hit and exceed sales targets Solid attention to detail Existing network of relationships across target alliance partners Strong ability to drive execution of strategic initiatives and tactics Track record of working in a fast‑paced environment, setting demanding expectations, and exceeding them Capacity to understand FloQast’s products and interact with product, marketing, sales, and operational teams Assertive, passionate, persuasive, positive, consultative, loves to compete and win Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Nice‑to‑Haves
CPA and/or public accounting experience Experience in ERP/accounting/financial management or FinTech Cold calling and/or Salesforce.com experience Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this position is $80,000 – $110,000 annually, plus a commission plan. FloQast offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, family‑forming benefits, life & disability insurance, and unlimited vacation. Apply
