We have an immediate opening in our Washington, DC office for a mid-to-senior level associate with 4-7 years of experience handling matters involving export controls and/or economic sanctions. Candidates should have strong experience with one or more of the following: Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) sanctions, the Export Administration Regulation (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) regulations. Candidates should have experience advising clients on regulations and assisting with internal investigations, including disclosures as appropriate. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong research and writing skills and be admitted to practice in Washington, DC.
