Why Consider This Job Opportunity The Senior Key Accounts Manager is responsible for maximizing Murata Americas' market share and sales opportunities by promoting product growth and providing development, management, and account direction for assigned accounts. The position is accountable for new and emerging strategic business creation as well as building account relationships at all organizational levels.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Contact customers to review strategic direction, identify improvement areas, and promote product growth.
Align local Murata strategy and Product Divisions' priorities to assigned customers' objectives and goals.
Develop Account Business Plans.
Build relationships with all key decision makers that influence the design, procurement, usage, and service of Murata's products.
Initiate and coordinate Early Sales Involvement (ESI) projects.
Negotiate price contracts between customer and Product Division(s).
Review, maintain, and assure effective implementation and execution of customer contracts.
Serve as the key contact responsible for answering customer inquiries and resolving customer concerns.
Miscellaneous Job Responsibilities
Coordinate special sales projects and promotions.
Participate in customer meetings and conference calls, publish minutes, drive action item closure.
Perform other job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales or marketing in an electronic-related or other technical industry.
Experience working for a culturally diverse global company.
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, locally and globally.
Advanced negotiation skills and experience with sales analytics.
Proven success in managing product promotions.
Ability to understand customer needs and develop mutually beneficial solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent.
Previous manufacturing sales experience with sales data collection.
Market planning knowledge within target-market industries.
Previous Marketing knowledge and previous budgetary responsibilities.

Maximum Salary: $157,532
