Systems Integrator/Developer – Boston, MA (Hybrid & Contract to Hire) Job Title:

Systems Integrator/Developer

Duration:

3 Months Contract to Hire (Temp to Perm)

Location:

Boston, MA 02135 (Hybrid – 2 days remote, 3 in‑office)

Job Details:

Temp to Perm, 35 hours per week, candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Duties / Responsibilities

Provide system analysis, design, development, integration, and implementation for enterprise‑level University systems, with a focus on web‑based infrastructure.

Develop and maintain application integration with core University services, especially Identity Access Management (IAM), including commercial software and in‑house applications.

Collaborate with ITS staff to connect their systems to middleware infrastructure.

Develop custom web services and applications using industry best practices and standards.

Administer purchased IAM‑related applications and ensure long‑term health and efficiency of these systems.

Proficient in Java, J2EE, and managing various application servers/web servers.

Experience in high availability and high‑performance environments.

Knowledge of automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Skilled in developing RESTful web services and Spring Boot.

Strong background in relational databases, SQL, and PL/SQL (Oracle preferred).

Proficient in JavaScript, React, and frameworks such as Next.js.

Skills
