Salary range:
$158,000.00 – $205,000.00 . The specific offer will be based on qualifications, experience and market analysis. An annual discretionary incentive award may also be available.
Role Description Design, develop and maintain decision support systems focused on evaluating finance operations such as trading and investment, credit, market risk and deal underwriting. Determine appropriate models, develop connection protocols and APIs for data import from databases, trading platforms and market data services.
Responsibilities
Determine appropriate models for the supported business function.
Develop connection protocols and APIs to import data from various sources.
Create scripts to automate data import and formatting jobs.
Create reporting tools and evaluation metrics to analyze system function and recommendation performance.
Implement revisions based on analysis.
Collaborate with business units and trading desks to evaluate and improve analytical processes.
Work with quantitative analysis teams to select and develop models.
Partner with application development teams to build application features, APIs and reporting tools.
Engage with database administration teams to store, secure and monitor data for errors and inconsistencies.
Qualifications and Skills
Recommended years of experience: 7
Deep understanding of financial modeling and analytical frameworks.
Expertise with data processing and aggregation tools and platforms.
Knowledge of current market data services and trading platform methods.
Understanding of data storage techniques such as relational databases and data warehouses.
