The Head of Business Development – Africa will lead SOFTSWISS’s expansion in the African region. This includes identifying growth opportunities, securing strategic partnerships, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and achieving revenue targets while positioning SOFTSWISS as a leading iGaming provider in Africa. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Market Expansion:

Identify new business opportunities, develop regional strategy, and analyze market trends and regulations. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Build relationships with operators, aggregators, and partners; lead acquisition efforts; ensure client satisfaction. Partnership Development:

Establish strategic partnerships, collaborate with product teams, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance. Revenue Growth:

Meet or exceed sales targets, monitor performance, and advise on pricing strategies. Regulatory Oversight:

Stay updated on legal requirements, assist in compliance processes, and monitor product adaptation. Team Leadership:

Build and mentor a regional business development team, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide training. Brand Representation:

Represent SOFTSWISS at industry events and conferences in Africa. Market Insights & Reporting:

Deliver regular feedback, prepare reports, and inform product and marketing strategies. Localization Efforts:

Advocate for localized solutions and campaigns tailored to African markets. Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience, with at least 3 years in iGaming Established personal network in the industry Strong understanding of the iGaming market and online gambling operations Proven track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain diverse stakeholder relationships Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and market trends What SOFTSWISS Offers
