Job: Senior Accountant-Real Estate

Our Real Estate client in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Accountant to join their team. The role will handle all of the accounting for properties to include: financial statements, management reporting, analytics, budgeting/forecasting, monthly account reconciliations, and related. Highly prefer development accounting experience. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office) and compensation is $90-120K.
