Job Description Join us as a Sr. Product Manager where you’ll lead and work with a talented team of application developers, applying your project management experience to execute IT transformation projects and migrate applications to the cloud.

Responsibilities Core Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic plan for a team of 10-15 developers and system integrator(s) to migrate applications to on-premise or cloud and define project goals, objectives, and timelines

Manage system integrators, vendors and contractors by assigning task. Monitor staff progress and support employees with training and/or development needs

Proactively identify and mitigate risks such as data security, data transfer, and service disruptions associated with application migration projects

Establish and implement robust testing and quality assurance processes, define testing criteria, oversee test execution, and collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve issues

Collaborates with peers; researches, establishes and updates technical standards; manages application development lifecycle and methodologies, provides oversight on processes and other governance responsibilities

Identifies, evaluates and develops roadmaps for the integration of business processes, applications, technologies and infrastructure, including vendor & internally developed applications

Develop a communications plan for use with customers, stakeholders and business leaders

Stay abreast of current trends and use of emerging technologies to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Enterprise applications

Must be flexible and able to work off‑hours as required to support deployments, resolve production problems or respond to corporate emergencies

Perform other related tasks and assignments as required

Qualifications Required Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of (3) years full‑time work experience in IT or

Associate's Degree and a minimum of (5) years full‑time work experience in IT or

High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of (7) years full‑time work experience in IT.

Preferred Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering and a minimum of (3) years full‑time work experience in IT.

Relevant Work Experience

Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) and/or VMware Certified Professional - Cloud Management and Automation (VCP‑CMA), Preferred

Knowledge of Maximo 9.0 or other releases and/or energy industry experience, Preferred

Led teams to implement customer‑focused technology solutions with track record of successful migrations to on‑premise or cloud using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and related services, Required

Built scalable, high‑performing, resilient applications using Microsoft products: .NET, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, Required

Developed integration approaches to bridge front‑end implementations with legacy systems, Required

Applied cybersecurity best practices, data protection, access controls, encryption, and compliance requirements, Required

Monitored and responded to technical or migration issues, provided application expertise for incident resolution, and conducted root cause analysis, Required

Worked with programming languages, frameworks, and infrastructure‑as‑code tools for cloud environments; proficient with technologies including containers, microservices, serverless computing, and orchestration tools, Required

Practical understanding of migration strategies with consideration of value realization, scalability, and optimizing system performance, Required

Written comprehensive test suites such as unit, snapshot, integration, end‑to‑end, Required

Led a team, mentored others, and guided team members for professional development and growth, Required

Skills and Abilities

Project Demonstrated project management skills

Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments

Excellent collaboration and team building skills

Licenses and Certifications

Driver's License Required

Physical Demands

Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 40 pounds

Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday

Possess manual dexterity and the ability to use hands for the duration of the workday

Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and kneel throughout the workday

Additional Physical Demands

The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non‑business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as a hard hat, gloves, and safety shoes when required

Ability to read small print and symbols
