About the Opportunity A highly respected boutique CPA firm headquartered in Denver is seeking a
Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager
to join their growing private client group. This is a
fully remote
opportunity for the right individual who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in
high-net-worth individual, trust, and estate taxation , along with a hands-on approach to both client service and review responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Review complex tax returns for
HNW individuals, trusts, estates, partnerships, and S-corps
Provide proactive
tax planning and wealth transfer strategies
Manage and mentor staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all engagements
Communicate directly with clients, attorneys, and financial advisors
Conduct technical research and advise on complex tax matters
Support firm growth initiatives and maintain long-term client relationships
Qualifications:
CPA
required
6+ years of public accounting experience, with a focus on
HNW and trust/estate
clients
Strong technical review and client advisory skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Experience with CCH Axcess, UltraTax, or similar software preferred
