A community service organization is seeking a Housing Case Manager I to support households at risk of homelessness in San Francisco. This role involves providing Housing Focused Case Management, developing stability plans, and ensuring access to community resources. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and has at least 6 months of experience working with low-income clients. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
