Lead Partial Hospitalization Program Clinician
Fuller Hospital is a 109-bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts providing inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Inpatient units are designed to treat adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities, as well as adolescents with general psychiatric issues. Patients with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders can be treated on most units. Fuller Hospital also provides a less intensive Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to patients with psychiatric and co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders.
The Lead Clinician is an important member of the Fuller Hospital's multidisciplinary treatment team. This is a full time, Monday - Friday position.
Responsibilities
Actively identifies obstacles to achieving positive outcomes and works with providers, treatment team, and managers to resolve the obstacles
Collaborates with patients, families, and outside agencies regularly to coordinate patient care and thoughtful discharge planning
Provides supervision and mentors other staff/clinicians as assigned
Actively engages in multidisciplinary team meetings to provide input to team members regarding psychosocial problems and overall treatment objectives
Collaborates with treatment team to provide effective clinical interventions and coordinates with Assistant Case Manager to plan for discharge and aftercare needs
Assists with utilization review procedures for the patients through accurate and thorough documentation on patient progress, and works to ensure that payer requirements are met to help obtain authorization for covered days
Assists with administrative tasks to support the leadership team and is actively involved in departmental leadership initiatives to support program growth

Masters of Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required
LICSW or LMHC strongly preferred
