EXL is hiring a
Senior Assistant Vice President, Client Partner for Telecommunications
to lead growth, relationship development, and strategic account expansion for one of our highest-priority US-based Telecommunications clients. This senior leadership role will be responsible for building client relationships, navigating complex organizational structures, identifying new business opportunities, and driving pipeline creation across Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, and Marketing Services.
Prior experience in the Telecommunication Industry (Comcast, Altice & so on).
Location: Connecticut / Stamford Area
Base salary up to $200K plus annual bonus targets

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Telco executive or consulting leader who has closely worked with large US cable and telecommunications organizations and has deep understanding of their operational and organizational landscape. This role combines strategic account leadership with hands‑on execution and collaboration across EXL’s global teams.
