FedEx Operations Manager Job at Bright Flag Recruiting in Aurora

We are seeking a full-time FedEx BC (Operations Manager) in the Aurora, CO area! FedEx Contractor, Denver Greenlight, has been in business for over 10 years, is growing, and hiring additional leadership.

This role requires the ability to effectively lead a team of drivers handling package delivery routes to residential communities and businesses. The right candidate will be adaptable with a strong work ethic, confidence, ownership mentality, and excellent communication skills.

**This is not a Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM position. It will require some long-hour days and occasional weekend work, but it will also be flexible with your schedule when circumstances allow it.

Schedule & Benefits:

• Typical Schedule: Tuesday-Sunday
• Days of Operation: Operate 5-7 days per week
• $78,000 annually
• $10,000 Performance Based Bonus

Manager Requirements:

• Must have prior Transportation Management experience
  Must be Professional, Self Starter, Familiar with Logistics/Transportation Business
• Must be 21 years of age or older (for insurance purposes)
