We are seeking aprofessional HR Generalist with a strong background in employee relations tosupport our growing organization. This role will provide HR expertise acrossmultiple functions, including employee relations, compliance, policyimplementation, and HR administration, ensuring a positive workplace cultureand operational efficiency.


Location:Colorado (remote considered in AZ and surrounding areas)

Compensation & Benefits: Salary:$70,000–$75,000 + Benefits


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted HRbusiness partner, providing guidance on employee relations issues, conflictresolution, and performance management.
  • Support recruitment,onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Administer HR policies,procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and localregulations.
  • Assist in benefitsadministration and payroll coordination.
  • Maintain HR records, preparereports, and support HR metrics tracking.
  • Collaborate with leadershipto support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Promote a positive andcompliant work environment, fostering employee engagement and morale.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HumanResources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong experience inemployee relations required.
  • 3–5 years of generalist HRexperience preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM certificationpreferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of federal andstate employment laws, HR practices, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication,problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systemsand Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
