Summary: Ref : SM-U-1760 Specialty: RN - Skilled Nursing Job Type: Contract/ Per Diem Location: Philadelphia, PA Shifts: Day, Evening, Night (8, 10, or 12 hours) Rate: $40.3/hr Requirements: Active RN license in practicing state required. Experience in SNF, LTC, or rehab preferred. Current BLS required; ACLS may be required. Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills. Knowledge of SNF regulations and infection control. Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Responsibilities: Patient Care & Assessment: Assess and monitor patient conditions regularly. Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Documentation & Compliance: Document all patient care and progress in the EMR. Ensure patient safety and compliance with policies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
