Job Summary: The
Senior Counselor
provides direct counseling services to FLACRA clients, including individual, family, and group sessions. This role also acts as clinical backup to the Outpatient Clinic Director and supports the assessment and quality of care provided by the counseling team. Under the direction of the Team Manager, the Senior Counselor is instrumental in guiding and supervising FLACRA’s counseling staff to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree in health / human services. Three years of a combination of education and supervisory experience in health and human services. Valid NYS Driver’s License. Qualified Health Professional (QHP) status preferred, or willingness to obtain with 6 months of hire date.
