Job Summary: FLACRA is seeking compassionate and reliable
Behavioral Health Technicians
to join our Residential Services team. In this role, you will support the daily care and recovery of individuals in a structured residential setting. Working closely with counseling and clinical staff, Behavioral Health Technicians help ensure client safety, foster skill development, and support a therapeutic environment that promotes independence and healing. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid NYS Driver’s License. Must be at least 18 years of age Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in Human Services, Psychology, or related field
Experience in behavioral health, residential care, or similar setting
