Job Responsibilities:- Provide care in a Level-IV, 30-bed NICU with an average daily census of 24.
- Oversee approximately 3,000 annual births, managing around 470 NICU and 1,226 newborn nursery admissions.
- Deliver 24/7 in-house coverage with support from neonatal nurse practitioners.
- Attend deliveries as required.
- Engage in teaching opportunities with medical students and residents from local medical schools.
- Access consultative services from pediatric specialists across more than 30 fields.
- Opportunity to cover at a nearby Level-II NICU.
- Ideal candidates will have 3 or more years of experience in a busy Level-III or IV NICU.
- New graduates and J1 Visa candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
- Strong clinical background in a Level-III/IV NICU setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a West Virginia medical license.
- MUST possess DEA certification prior to start.
