American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Skilled Nursing position in Janesville, WI with a day shift schedule and active WI or compact license required.
Responsibilities Work in a skilled nursing facility settingDay shift schedule with rotation between weekday and weekend shiftsSchedule may include one day shift per weekMay be required to float to other in-patient units as neededCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient careAdminister prescribed medications and treatments per approved standardsDocument care in accordance with facility and state guidelinesDevelop and implement individualized plans of careParticipate in department or unit performance improvement activitiesUse clinical expertise to support patient care across unitsUtilize critical thinking for patient safety and escalation when needed
