We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant to join our outpatient primary care team.
The ideal candidate will primarily provide care to adult patients.
You will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver thorough and individualized care in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide primary care services including assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for adult patients and some pediatric patients
Manage acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and health education
Collaborate with supervising physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
Perform procedures and order diagnostic tests within the scope of practice
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in electronic medical systems
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical protocols
Coordinate patient referrals and communicate with specialists and community resources
Deliver care that is culturally sensitive and tailored to the needs of a diverse patient population
Qualifications
Licensed Physician Assistant in New York State
Current DEA registration required
Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
Experience in outpatient/ambulatory setting required (clinic, urgent care, community health, ambulatory care)
Strong knowledge of outpatient clinical workflows and EMR systems
Ideal Adult and Pediatric experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
