Location: Wilkes-Barre, PA
Position Overview: Seeking a BC/BE Endocrinology physician dedicated to patient-centered, high-quality medical care to join the growing Endocrinology team.
Responsibilities: Primarily outpatient endocrinology practice Multidisciplinary clinics participation (Neuroendocrine & High-Risk Osteoporosis) Close collaboration with pituitary and head/neck surgeons Perform ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration biopsies Diabetes care in a team-based approach with Advanced Practice Providers, Certified Diabetes Educators, and Nutritionists
Endocrinology Features: 100% subspecialty endocrinology clinical practice Continuous glucose sensor usage and interpretation Insulin pumps, glucose sensors, and meter download capability Thyroid fine needle aspiration
Requirements: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Pennsylvania
