Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in a 100% outpatient practice setting
Participate in phone call coverage rotation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board certification in Family Medicine
Valid state medical license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
