What does an Inventory Lead do?
The inventory lead is responsible for all warehouse inventory control processes and maintaining accurate records in accordance with company policies. This would include, but not limited to, performing a physical count and reconciliation of inventory, investigating and correcting all discovered discrepancies, ensuring all monthly, weekly, and daily Requirements are achieved; and communicating important information regarding the condition, trends, or processes impacting the ability to maintain adequate control of the inventory of all warehouse goods including finished goods, raw materials, and deposit Items with warehouse leadership.
Responsibilities
Performs required count of all warehouse goods to ensure optimal inventory levels.
Uses warehouse systems to process the movement of warehouse goods and inventory for inbound and outbound loads including STOs (Stock Transport Orders), POs (purchase orders), customer orders (shipments), and deposit loads.
Process and communicate product, shipping claims with internal and external customers when appropriate.
Communicates important information regarding the condition, trends, or processes impacting the ability to maintain adequate control of the inventory of all warehouse goods including finished goods and deposit Items with warehouse management, product supply planners, and production facilities.
Verify and ensure compliance to all applicable inventory processes, including but not limited to, full good inventory movements, handling waste & break product, communicate product freshness and rotation.
Responsible to work with quality assurance and facilitate product recalls and returns when applicable.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma (or GED) required
1‑2 years Warehouse Experience required
General knowledge of warehouse processes and warehouse systems, basic PC skills including SAP, Microsoft Office applications, and SharePoint
Ability to adapt to the needs of the role in different work areas throughout the workday and meet minimum expectations of the work areas
Ability to work in a fast‑paced atmosphere while walking and repetitively lifting 30 lbs
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Ability to collaborate within a team environment
Ability to work in a noisy and non‑climate controlled (hot in summer, cold in winter) environment
Flexibility (schedules, hours change with the demands of the business; occasional holidays based on volume demand)
Performs other duties as assigned.

Base pay range is $26.56 to $31.25 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
