Nurse Practitioner

Award-winning care for multiple consecutive years Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive women?s health care, including annual exams, contraceptive counseling, menopause management, and preventive screenings Conduct physical exams and procedures such as pap smears and diagnostic testing Evaluate and treat conditions such as UTIs, hormonal imbalances, menstrual disorders, and other gynecologic concerns Manage patient care within medical weight loss programs Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team to create individualized care plans Educate patients on preventive care, wellness strategies, and health maintenance Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time) Salary: $140,000 ? $150,000 per year Flexible scheduling (4-day workweek available) Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match up to 4% Generous PTO plan (with cash-out options after 3 years) Exclusive perks: o Skin care at cost o Aesthetic allotment for treatments and services o Family & friends discounts o Free or discounted women?s health services after 90 days Required Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Current Washington licensure (PA-C, APRN, or RN as applicable) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (new grads from women?s health-focused programs considered) DEA registration, NPI, and prescriptive authority in Washington (or willingness to obtain) Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association Must be a US Citizen (no visa sponsorship available) Preferred Qualifications Previous women?s health experience strongly preferred (training available for those passionate about this specialty) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Clinical problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinic Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
