Atrium Health Floyd teammates service patients at Polk Medical Center, Cherokee Medical Center, the Floyd Primary Care Network, Heyman Hospice Care, Floyd Outpatient Surgery Center, Floyd Physical Therapy & Rehab, and the Floyd Family Medicine Residency Program.
